INGREDIENTS:-
Nescafe/Bru-3 TSP
Hot milk-2 TSP
Milk-1/3 Cup
Vanilla essence-2 TSP
Butter softenedb125 Grams
Sugar-3/4 cup powdered
Self raising flour-1 Cup
Corn flour or Vanilla custard powder-1/4 Cup
FOR COFFEE FROST:-
Sugar-1 1/2 cups(finely powered)
Nescafe-1TSP
Butter softened-1TBSP
Vanilla essence-1/2TSP
Boiling milkb2 TBSP
To make the cake
Dissolve Nescafe in hot milk..Now mix all the ingredients for the cake together and beat at at medium speed for 3 minutes or until the batter turns pale and smooth.Do not over beat.Pour into a greased cake mould.Bake in a preheated moderate oven for almost 35 minutes or until the cake is done.Check by inserting a fork or knife, if it comes back clean your cake is done.Let cool down .Turn out onto a cake stand.

For the coffee frost: Mix all the ingredients for the frosting and beat well to obtain a smooth texture. The frosting should not be in too much liquid form.Pour it immedieately over the cake while itbs still warm.Let the frosting drip down or cover it completely.Slice into rounds when cool.Dust with icing sugar.
